Bank Holiday hours for the State Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II

On Monday 19th September 2022, King Charles III declared a bank holiday for HM Queen Elizabeth II's funeral.

As a mark of respect, our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September to observe the Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and will reopen on Tuesday 20th September at 09:00

Malware Attacks

Protection from malware attacks with managed firewalls

Following the WannaCry attack affecting systems worldwide over last weekend, including the NHS, we wanted to assure end users that our managed firewalls detect and block this malware and have done so since April 2017.

This means that any traffic that passes through our managed firewalls is protected.

If you are concerned that mobile devices that connect to your network may have been infected off network and would like the kill switch

Emergency Fibre Maintenance on 10 February 2017 from 10.30am to 18:00

We are investigating a fault between Manchester & Swinton that appears to be a one of our fibre affecting multiple circuits.

During the above window one of our fibre suppliers will be carrying out maintenance on our link between Manchester & Swinton. Whilst the actual downtime is expected to be less, the full 8 hrs may be required to account for any unforeseen issues.
